    Building on what /u/revereddesecration said, you'd probably be better off just using some basic tools that understand regex like grep or less, or a specific log-viewer tools like glogg or lnav. lnav for example lets you specify multiple log files and interleaves the timestamped entries with visual indicators of which file a message is from.     You just have to install a very lightweight and efficient text program called Glogg. Then download the 14.0GB SQL file from (last one on the list). Then open Glogg, open "ytdata.sql" from the folder you downloaded it to, then in the box beside Text type anything you want and search. On a fast computer it takes about two minutes to complete the search. Just remember the search is case sensitive. Source: about 3 years ago
