Building on what /u/revereddesecration said, you'd probably be better off just using some basic tools that understand regex like grep or less, or a specific log-viewer tools like glogg or lnav. lnav for example lets you specify multiple log files and interleaves the timestamped entries with visual indicators of which file a message is from.
