They all have whizbang features such as live-chat, collaboration stuffs, automations and workflows. They bill per contact and addons. I’d emphasize a straightforward, fuss-free angle instead. The only thing I found after a quick search was oTranscribe which seems to be an interview tool for journalists, but if all you need is for someone to be able to dictate an email to be copy-pasted...
