Yuruka is an Autonomous Hiring Operating System that combines hiring automation, AI-powered candidate evaluation, recruiter productivity tools, recruitment services, onboarding, and background verification in one platform. Unlike traditional ATS tools, Yuruka adapts to each organization’s hiring workflow while keeping final hiring decisions with humans.

It automates repetitive work such as resume screening, candidate calls, assessments, interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding while recruiters remain in control of hiring decisions. Yuruka was created around a simple idea: hiring should not require recruiters to spend their time managing repetitive operational work. The platform was built to automate the administrative parts of hiring while keeping human judgment at the center of every important hiring decision.
