WordPress AlignedThere are many new platforms for creating websites nowadays. But I still use WP and it works well. A lot of plugins and templates. Easy to find a developer to customise theme. No monthly fees. So, I like it.
Most of our client communication happened via email, slack and g'chat until I found Aligned. Conversations were easily lost, both parties lost track of important tasks and, most importantly, it was just too much email to keep track of. Now we handle onboarding and ongoing client management in Aligned. Each customer has their own space, which we create from a template. The analytics is great and really helps us see in between calls.
