I tried a lot, and https://manytricks.com/witch/ is what I stuck with for the ONLY decent alt tab experience I could find (itโs heavily customizable). I donโt understand this number thing, finding them like that takes the same reading action you could be doing while you press alt tab for eachโฆ and youโd be done, but instead I see so many apps offer that number route. If you want to buy Macrium Reflect you can redeploy your old computer's image on to your new computer - MR sorts out the different hardware driver issues - but quite frankly it's usually best to copy over your personal files, fresh install 3rd-party software with something like Ninite, Patch My PC or WingetUI and then export the settings and app data over from the old computer.
