Wellness Project's answer
Most trackers show you charts and leave the interpretation to you. Wellness Project puts eight named specialist coaches on top of your own data: a hypertrophy coach, a bodybuilding coach, a nutritionist, a longevity advisor, a biohacker, an injury and recovery advisor, a running coach and a protocol architect. They read your workouts, meals, sleep, HRV, labs and wearable data together and tell you what to do next.
It also has scores you won't find elsewhere, including Healthspan, a per-session NSI score for strength training, muscle fatigue, training load and sedentary-time detection. And it runs an MCP server, so you can bring your health data into Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants.

Adults who train seriously and already wear a device: lifters focused on hypertrophy or body recomposition, runners working toward a race, and longevity-minded people tracking sleep, HRV and lab markers. They are data-rich but short on time, and want clear guidance without paying for a personal trainer, dietitian and sleep coach separately. Users come from more than 50 countries.
Wellness Project's answer
Wellness Project is built by solo founder Bryan Barash around a simple problem: wearables and tracking apps collect a huge amount of health data, but almost none of them tell you what to do with it. Your workouts are in one app, your meals in another, your sleep and HRV in a third, and nobody connects the dots.
The answer was one platform that pulls all of that data together and puts a team of specialist AI coaches on top of it, each with their own area of expertise and voice. Wellness Project launched as a public beta and has since grown to users in more than 50 countries, 20 languages and 14 direct wearable integrations, with new features and integrations shipping every week.
