I've used WatchThemLive on my own site and several clients' sites for my company. Personally I really like the replay feature that you can just sit there all day watching the user's behavior on your site and improve the UX on the site by analyzing them. The dashboard interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the heatmap feature is clear and accurate.

We're commonly doing this with logging, using services such as Loggly or DataDog. We're using managed databases, be it on AWS, Heroku or database-vendor-specific solutions.
