The one thing that I've heard and read and been told a bunch of times is not to compare yourself now to who you were before your injury, and while there is merit to that, it's obviously really hard not to do sometimes. The thing that I try to keep in mind is that - injury or no injury - I would be different now than I was then anyway. that's just how life goes. Meditation has really helped me in this area... To... Am I missing something? I canโt find mention of โphilosopherโ on samharris.org or wakingup.com. I see a mention of neuroscientist, but I think a PhD degree should allow you to call yourself that. As for credibility in both areas, check citations to his works - books (philosophy) as well as scientific papers (neuroscience). Source: over 3 years ago
It's cliche, but try to take it one day at a time, one step at a time. meditation has helped me out a lot over the years... If you want to at least give it a shot, you can do a free 30-day trial at wakingup.com. I've made it part of my morning routine and, though it's not a cure-all, it really can get you in the right headspace to start your day with a little less stress. Source: over 3 years ago

There are third party apps that can show Calendar and Reminders together. If you want one that is primarily a calendar but can also show your reminders, look at Fantastical or Calendars. If you want one that is primarily a reminders app but can also show calendar events, look at GoodTask. Source: over 3 years ago
If you're on iOS I would recommend GoodTask, it's based on Apple Reminders and very customizable. Source: about 4 years ago
Have a look at goodtask, it's uh, good? Decent widget, calendar view, can do recurring reminders, notes facility, completion history for reminders (Did I take my pills? Yes, I just forgot). Source: almost 5 years ago
