VNDLY's answer
Most inventory platforms make you choose: pay $300+/month for a full-featured system, or settle for a basic tool and bolt on integrations. VNDLY gives you everything in one place — inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, CRM with sales pipeline, B2B portal, serial and lot tracking, multi-location warehousing, shipping labels, email campaigns, and AI-powered analytics — starting at $49/month. There's no per-warehouse fee, no integration surcharge, and no AI upsell. The interface is modern and fast, with drag-and-drop everywhere: tag products, build orders, assign price lists, organize categories. Setup takes days, not months.
VNDLY's answer
I previously ran a product company and experienced firsthand how painful it is to manage inventory with spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and overpriced ERPs that take months to set up. After a successful exit in 2021, I set out to build the system I always wished existed.
VNDLY was born from real operational experience — not from a boardroom. As a solo founder, every single feature exists because it solves a problem I personally dealt with as a business owner. I know what it's like to chase stock counts in spreadsheets at midnight, juggle three tools just to ship an order, and pay thousands for software that still doesn't do what you need.
The name VNDLY (pronounced "Vendly") comes from "vend" — to sell. The goal is simple: give growing product businesses enterprise-grade inventory and sales management without the enterprise price tag or the six-month implementation.
VNDLY's answer
We do not disclose customer names at this stage. VNDLY is used by wholesale distributors, importers, and product brands across Europe, North America, and Australia.

Next.js (React) for the web application Supabase (PostgreSQL) for the database, authentication, and real-time features Tailwind CSS and Radix UI for the interface Stripe for subscription billing Chart.js for analytics and reporting Vercel for hosting and deployment AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google APIs (BYOK — users provide their own keys)
VNDLY's answer
VNDLY is one of the few inventory platforms with a built-in AI assistant available on every single page. It's not a chatbot bolted on — it has 48 custom tools that analyze your actual business data: anomaly detection, demand forecasting, customer health scoring, smart reorder suggestions, and a visual drag-and-drop report builder. Users bring their own AI key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), so their data never passes through our servers. On top of that, VNDLY includes a branded B2B customer portal, a product development pipeline (PLM), email marketing campaigns, and shipping across 100+ carriers — features that competitors charge extra for or don't offer at all. All of this starts at $49/month.
VNDLY's answer
Product businesses of all sizes — from solo brands and small importers to mid-size wholesale distributors with multiple warehouses. Specifically: wholesalers, distributors, importers, DTC brands selling both B2B and B2C, and manufacturers who need to manage purchasing, inventory, and sales in one system. Our sweet spot is businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets or basic tools like inFlow, but don't want the complexity and cost of enterprise ERPs like Cin7, Katana, or Linnworks.
