Same question for a "solo" workout, why is it better? What am I getting that I wasn't getting before? There's some people trying to do this ( Home - VZfit Have Fun. Explore the World. Get Fit. (virzoom.com) ) but I haven't seen anything particularly compelling just yet. (I don't have a quest). Source: over 3 years ago
Had all sorts of fun with VZFit some time ago. Only reason I don't use the service anymore is that my VR fitness regime evolved away from sitting on an exercise bike that wasn't quite perfect for me and I haven't been in the mood to go shopping for a new one. But if that is already a thing that you like doing outside of VR then it's hard to imagine you not loving it. Source: almost 4 years ago
