Unlike other HR platforms, we combine award-winning technology with our 24/7 unique HR and health & safety advice service, helping business owners of all sizes stay compliant and focus on running their business. A recent example of this would be the launch of BrightHR Payroll, one of the first of its kind to seamlessly connect HR and payroll in one centralised system. Cutting admin, reducing errors, and centralising people processes. In today’s landscape, we recognise that proactivity is the name of the game, and arm business owners with the tools needed to keep pace with rapid and unpredictable change.
BrightHR's answer:
BrightHR goes beyond basic HR software by offering a total compliance and people management solution. With BrightHR, you get expert support 24/7 from qualified HR and health & safety professionals, something most competitors don’t offer.

BrightHR's answer:
BrightHR at it’s heart is designed primarily for small and medium-sized businesses. Offering straightforward, intuitive solutions that aim to tackle common challenges and ease the pressures of HR and health & safety compliance.
Our services are increasingly being adopted by larger enterprises, however. With tailored solutions and flexible support, BrightHR adapts to the complexity of larger organisations whilst retaining the same ease-of-use loved by the smaller business community. Whether you’re managing a team of 10 or 10,000, we’ve got the tools and the expertise to support your growth.
BrightHR's answer:
BrightHR is part of Peninsula Business Services, formed in 1983 by Peter and Fred Done to provide affordable and reliable legal advice to UK employers. In 2015, we saw that small business owners were spending hours every day on their HR and compliance tasks. We set off to create a system to make those same tasks easier and quicker than ever before; BrightHR.
Since then, BrightHR has grown at unprecedented pace, offering 24/7 employment law advice, expert health & safety support, a confidential wellbeing service and much more. We’re now used by over 100,000 businesses in the UK, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia—and growing more every day.

BrightHR is clearly set out and easy to use but Ewan was happy to answer any questions and to help me to get the most out of possible integrations.
Had an onboarding meeting and Ewan was great! Walked me through the Bright Software smoothly and was informative, concise and well spoken. He ensured that I understood everything. All in all this was a great experience.
The guidance and explanations provided on the queries were very helpful. I also learned a few new options.
