What's the story behind BrightHR?

BrightHR is part of Peninsula Business Services, formed in 1983 by Peter and Fred Done to provide affordable and reliable legal advice to UK employers. In 2015, we saw that small business owners were spending hours every day on their HR and compliance tasks. We set off to create a system to make those same tasks easier and quicker than ever before; BrightHR.

Excellent service

We are currently in the midst of swapping HR/H&S provider over to Bright. What can I say, so far exceptional. The platform is so much easier to navigate around. I'm not tech savvy at all and even for my competencies - It is easy, very user friendly. Still early days but so far, so good.

Comprehensive Service

Having used a HRIS and similar systems before I am happy to say that Bright HR and Bright Safe has exceeded my expectations, I attribute this mainly to the on boarding team going above and beyond to finds solutions to my numerous and sometimes probably quite annoying questions, Charlie Butler's inexhaustible patience and willingness to answer my quieries deserves recgnonition, The system seems comprehensive, and it should be noted, anything it doesn't currently do you can request.

Excellent Advice & Support

I've worked with bright for several years and considered using other suppliers but have never found better all-round support for our HR & H&S needs. bright listen to our issues and are continuously developing their systems to improve support, advice and functionality.

Excellent Service

With it only being Charlie’s first week I am very impressed and the quality of her teams meeting this afternoon. She was very thorough and continued to ensure that I was understanding the information she was providing. She went above and beyond to ensure that the service offered was excellent and she succeeded at that.

She also offered up a follow up teams meeting after a staff meeting to discuss BrightHR further with my team to go over a few things I’m still unsure of.
