The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. It's a server management service, they use AWS (or your host of choice) under the hood. I personally use something similar called Runcloud which I haven't had any problems with. It's a halfway house between a managed platform and your own VPS. Means you don't have to worry about security, vhosts, ssl certificates, restricting access etc... For PHP https://platform.sh has got a lot of traction, but it's notc cheap especially for small apps.
