The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site. You should now be able to run deploy your code to Vercel (of course, we haven't added any "real" logic in api/scrape.js, so it won't do anything now).
