Unified PSA and work management software for agencies and IT firms.
UnitLook combines ticketing, project management, time tracking, and leave management into one system, so agencies and IT firms stop juggling five separate tools to run client work.
IT service providers, digital agencies, and consultancies that need ticketing, delivery tracking, and workforce management in one place, without paying per-user across multiple platforms.
Plans start at โฌ129/month for up to 5 users, scaling to unlimited users on the Business plan. No per-user fees, no contract lock-in.

UnitLook's answer
UnitLook is built to be modular: teams use only the modules they actually need, and can adjust attributes, statuses, and reports themselves without custom development. It is designed so users can use only the modules they actually need, with some functionality adjustable through settings. The idea is that business software often becomes a problem when it forces a company to adapt to the tool, instead of the tool supporting how the company actually works
UnitLook's answer
Most PSA/project tools solve one piece โ tickets, or time tracking, or planning โ in isolation. Companies today use dozens of different tools, but key data stays scattered across Excel, email, ERP systems, and communication apps, leading managers to make decisions intuitively rather than knowing which projects, clients, or processes actually generate profit. UnitLook connects communication, tasks, time, and leave in one system so that data doesn't fragment across five subscriptions.
UnitLook's answer
IT companies and digital agencies that run project-based work and need to see which clients and projects are actually profitable. The platform was built for companies and digital agencies that struggle to know how profitable their projects really are, where the core problem is not a lack of tools but a lack of clear, connected data.

Igor Liลกinski is the owner of UnitPick, with over 20 years of experience in software and business systems development, having started as a backend and frontend developer before moving into leading development on broader business solutions, from ERP systems to specific business process applications; he currently also works as head of the development department at Svam Plus, a company building its own ERP system, Opera Opus. UnitLook was built gradually, mostly through persistent work in his free time, to solve a problem he had encountered for years professionally โ noticing that companies don't suffer from a lack of tools, but from a lack of clear, connected data.

Yes, I understand what is happening. The "issue" is that the email appears to have been written more for IT Glue people -- and then someone edited the top portion a bit to be more Datto-specific without really cleaning up the rest of the email (or the sender/from itself). As I said, if you see my Edit, I actually got a new email a few hours later -- that is actually from a datto.com email address and more... Source: over 3 years ago
Indeed. And see my edit -- I actually just got an updated email with the same subject that came from datto.com and was really about Datto stuff instead of IT Glue stuff! :). Source: over 3 years ago
As I'm getting my stuff ready to present to my attorney, I get an email from [postmaster@kaseya.onmicrosoft.com](mailto:postmaster@kaseya.onmicrosoft.com) that my email bounced due to security or policy settings at datto.com. What the....? For real? C'mon man. I print that email as well as the others, and head off to see my attorney. He looks everything over, looks at me and says "Are all vendors in your industry... I took advantage of M365's message rules, and set up a rule that all emails from @ datto.com gets forwarded to their support email address. Which then creates a ticket, which then emails me, which then forwards to their support ticket, which then.... well. You get the idea. Source: almost 5 years ago
In order to stay up to date at all times, itโs important to deploy a cloud-based patch management solution to automatically update software whenever and wherever necessary. These RMM solutions also provide monitoring, and remote access in... Source: almost 5 years ago
