   1. My first experience with SwapSpace turned out to be a bit problematic cas I’m new in crypto. But the support of the site quickly resolved everything. I have exchanged BTC for XEL. The exchange was in the failed status because I entered the wrong one by mistake. But I got help quickly and the exchange was successful! Thanks guys.

And also the weird thing that I saw is when you go take their survey so they can take your commission, they sent you to a weird ”typeform.com” link which apparently is a website that allowed them to have a web based platform they can use to create surveys without needing to...   Now, what I typically do with this is withdraw directly to an instant swap service (like changelly/fixedfloat) and I use swapspace.co to determine which service has the best price. I want to swap the remaining $100 ETH --> BTC. [Why do I do this? In a nutshell, it saves on fees.
