The application is TypeScript end to end: Next.js (App Router) on the front, PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM behind it, Better Auth for authentication, S3-compatible object storage for uploads, and TailwindCSS with Radix UI for the interface. Payments go through Creem. Deployed on Vercel.

The common thread is bursty volume: a heavy month during fieldwork or a launch, then nothing for a while. They also tend to care about confidentiality, which is why uploaded files are deleted once processing finishes.
