ToolTiny started from a simple problem I encountered repeatedly while working in IT and supporting office users.

Every day, people needed help with tasks such as converting PDFs, translating documents, compressing files, extracting images from Office documents, comparing text, or performing other small productivity tasks. Most solutions required installing software, purchasing subscriptions, creating accounts, or switching between multiple websites.

I realized that many users didn't need complex enterprise software. They simply needed quick, reliable tools that worked instantly.

That idea led to the creation of ToolTiny.

The goal was to build a single browser-based platform where users could access a wide range of productivity tools without installing software or registering an account. Over time, the project expanded to include PDF tools, document utilities, image tools, text processing features, converters, and developer utilities.

Privacy was also an important consideration. Many users work with business documents, reports, and sensitive files, so ToolTiny was designed with a privacy-focused workflow and without long-term file storage.
