After using Notion, I became accustomed to viewing tasks in a certain date range and being able to tag assignments, which neither of the aforementioned apps could do the same way. This keeps track of all tasks, their due date, type tags, and folders separated by class. Simple and fast windows app, android app, and android widgets.

I think these sort of more complex systems are there to help you if your problem is being overwhelmed, or if you have need to have things classified and under control.
