Nextforms is an online form builder for surveys, registrations, applications and order forms.

Build with text, email, phone, date, file upload, multiple choice, rating and calculated fields. Place fields side by side, split long forms across pages, and use conditional logic to show a question only when an earlier answer matches. Collect payments through Stripe with fixed or calculated amounts.

Collect responses in a searchable table with Excel export. Every plan includes unlimited responses.

Automate with workflows that run when a form is submitted: branch on answers, send emails, add rows to Google Sheets, post to Slack, call webhooks. Pro adds team workspaces, approval steps and removes Nextforms branding.

Forms load fast, work on mobile and support light and dark themes.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Things and Nextforms.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Nextforms's answer:

.NET and PostgreSQL on the backend, React and TypeScript on the front. Hosted on Cloudflare, email via Amazon SES, payments via Stripe.

What makes your product unique?

Nextforms's answer:

Forms and automation in one place. Every form can run a workflow when it's submitted: branch on answers, send emails, add a row to Google Sheets, post to Slack, or route to an approver, without a third-party automation tool. And responses are unlimited on the free plan.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Nextforms's answer:

If you want unlimited responses without paying, and the automation that usually needs Zapier built into the form itself. Nextforms is newer than Typeform or Jotform, so the integration list is shorter, but the core is fast, clean and free to use in full.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Nextforms's answer:

Small teams and solo operators who collect registrations, applications, orders or feedback and need something to happen with each submission: a confirmation, a notification, an approval, a row in a sheet.

What's the story behind your product?

Nextforms's answer:

Built by a developer who kept seeing the same pattern: a form tool, then a separate automation tool, then a spreadsheet to glue them together, with a bill for each. Nextforms puts the three in one product. Launched September 2026.
