What makes your product unique?

Two things most scheduling tools don't do. Reminders go out over WhatsApp instead of email, which is where people in German-speaking Europe actually read messages. And an AI phone assistant answers incoming calls in natural German, checks live availability and books, reschedules or cancels the appointment — so a business doesn't lose a booking just because nobody could pick up.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Most booking tools were built for people who sit at a desk. terminio.ai is built for businesses whose hands are busy while the phone rings. It combines four things that usually require separate tools: a booking page, WhatsApp reminders, deposits that reduce no-shows, and a phone assistant. Setup takes minutes, there is a free plan, and everything is hosted in the EU under GDPR.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Small and medium sized service businesses in German-speaking Europe that work by appointment: hairdressers and beauty salons, car repair shops, driving schools, veterinary and medical practices, physiotherapists. Typically one to fifteen people, no dedicated reception, and no IT department.

What's the story behind your product?

terminio.ai's answer

Small business owners kept describing the same two problems: the phone rings while their hands are busy, and a share of booked appointments never show up. Existing tools assumed a desk, an inbox and a customer who reads email. terminio.ai was built around what those businesses actually do — with WhatsApp as the reminder channel and an assistant that handles the calls nobody can take.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

TypeScript, React and TanStack Start on the frontend; Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data and authentication; Stripe for payments and deposits; the WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging; Capacitor for the native iOS and Android apps.
