What makes your product unique?

Elily is free on WhatsApp for a structural reason, not as a promotion. Voice receptionists pay per minute for every call, so their free tiers have to be trials or a small pool of minutes. Under Meta's current published rules, replies inside the 24-hour customer service window a client opens are not charged per message, and most booking conversations finish inside it. That makes a permanent free tier possible: 150 AI replies a month, no booking cap, no expiry, no card. Elily also runs on your business's own number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, so the number, the Meta account and the data stay yours.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Because Elily does one job: filling an appointment diary over WhatsApp. The booking rules are the hard part — per-service durations, processing and finishing time, per-person availability, buffers, breaks, split shifts and notice periods — and Elily handles them natively rather than through a flow you build and maintain. Local appointment businesses lose bookings for a mundane reason: the phone rings while both hands are busy, and most callers never try twice.

Appointment-based local businesses: hair and beauty salons, barbershops, nail and lash studios, spas and massage, medspa and aesthetics, tattoo and piercing studios, fitness and yoga studios, wellness studios and clinics. Typically one calendar or a small team, where whoever would answer the phone is already with a client.
