TaskbarX for taskbar customization. TaskbarXI for Win11. Source: over 3 years ago
Its a software called Rainmeter, basically you can put widgets and go crazy with customization. For the taskbar its called TaskbarX (its also a skin in Rainmeter). As for the live time its LunaIUI Widget. Source: over 3 years ago
For those wondering, I'm pretty certain this is done with rainmeter. It's similar to this setup which has all the used skins posted. Clock is the same except with a different font for the bottom text, clear taskbar is like taskbarx or translucent taskbar, I couldn't find anything similar to the audio player so it's probably self made or edited from another preexisting skin. And the Clock Widget is of Jax-Core for Rainmeter. Using TaskbarX for taskbar transparency. Source: over 3 years ago

I have been talking about plugins since the beginning of the article, but using a simple editor doesn't involve doing everything by hand. So I have been using a plugin manager for a long time and if you don't, I strongly advise you to get started: it's very practical. I used Vim plug which was everything I like: simple and effective. - Source: dev.to / about 2 years ago
