  For those wondering, I'm pretty certain this is done with rainmeter. It's similar to this setup which has all the used skins posted. Clock is the same except with a different font for the bottom text, clear taskbar is like taskbarx or translucent taskbar, I couldn't find anything similar to the audio player so it's probably self made or edited from another preexisting skin.   TaskbarX Install the portable zip from the website. You can use this to customize the taskbar to your liking. Personally I set it to Blur. Then in the windows taskbar settings I set the position of my taskbar to the left and enabled auto-hide taskbar and small icons.   Well, that was a dumb move then. There wasn't anything wrong with the taskbar in 10, 8.1 or 7. And if they wanted the centered start menu and icons thing, that wouldn't have been hard to implement, considering tools like TaskbarX exist. Source: about 2 years ago
