Thanks! Custom built, it's actually Tailwind CSS that I made on the https://play.tailwindcss.com/ playground lol. You can write HTML with tailwind there, then just copy the "generated CSS" at the bottom, paste it into a style.css, paste your HTML into a index.html, then upload to github pages. Fair fair. Most of the services have export functions to take your code offline, not sure if Softr does. But anycase, if you don't want to use a no-code web-based builder, then you can try something like Bootstrap Studio to build with Bootstrap CSS.
