  Fair fair. Most of the services have export functions to take your code offline, not sure if Softr does. But anycase, if you don't want to use a no-code web-based builder, then you can try something like Bootstrap Studio to build with Bootstrap CSS.   I used Bootstrap Studio for mine. You need to be at least very slightly familiar with how websites work to make that work, but its a really easy way to put together a custom site on the cheap.
