If you ask me, browser tabs are #1 cause of distractions even for non-ADHD people. Unlike a desk where you leave bunch of things open and stacked on top of each other to come back to things, bookmarking tabs is like chucking them away in some drawer in the basement. I came across few notion based services where they ask you to paste your page's public URL & then somehow they get the page data. As of now I am using notion API to get the content of the page, so the user needs to connect notion before I can access their page content which is not the case in services like Potion & helpkit.so .
