With SureSteps, instant support isn't a promise; it's a reality. Users can summon help from support staff or AI directly within the interface, precisely at the point of difficulty, ensuring that support is contextual and effective.
Integration is a breeze with SureSteps. It fits snugly into your existing systems, be it customer portals, knowledge bases, wikis, or sales and support systems, enhancing them with its robust functionality.
The intuitive and graphical interface makes creating procedures a task of minutes, not hours. Embed multimedia content at each step, and offer users the ability to provide feedback, take notes, and request assistance without ever leaving the workflow.
SureSteps is as easy to use as it is to create. Users can select a procedure, personalize it, and proceed at their own pace. They can mark their progress, communicate with support through a private channel, and resume their tasks right where they left off, ensuring continuity and successful completion.
With AI thatโs trained on your documents and with the availability of precise context, the result is a dramatic reduction in the need for human intervention. Furthermore, the precise context means that human intervention, when itโs required, is also far more effective. The result? A dramatic reduction in support requests and a user base that feels confident and supported.
