For project management, task management, and contact/company tracking, I would run with Super Easy CRM. There is also a pretty robust support ticket system within the app if you need one (similar to something like Jira. It is a little light on the marketing side of things, so email tracking, text messaging and things of those nature are not natively available at present. As with most things, you probably won't...
