I've started using this as my main IDE for new projects when I'm trying things out. If it keeps getting better at the rate it has been, it'll be even better than coding locally.
Julia might be a bit more popular than StackBlitz. We know about 130 links to it since March 2021 and only 112 links to StackBlitz. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Managing reactive state and dependent computations in JavaScript can get complex, especially when combining asynchronous and synchronous data. RS-X is a library that allows you to bind expressions to plain objects and makes the parts of the model used by those expressions fully reactive. Dependent computations automatically update when the underlying data changes. RS-X is framework-agnostic. While it can drive UI... - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
I like htmx, LiveView, React and Solid. They are great at different points, so I try to combine them in Solv (Stateless Offline-capable LiveView) and write a prototype to show the benefits. Solv's main idea is that stateless servers keep client's state in a volatile cache. It enables server components that are also interactive, which is best of both worlds between LiveView and htmx. Then fine-grained reactivity is... - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago

Solv's main idea is that stateless servers keep client's state in a volatile cache. It enables server components that are also interactive, which is best of both worlds between LiveView and htmx. In the code editor tab (powered by StackBlitz), navigate to the env.ts file and enter your OpenAI key. Run npm run generate in the terminal to see how @autoview generates TypeScript frontend code from example schemas derived from both TypeScript types and OpenAPI documents. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
URL: https://stackblitz.com What it does: An online IDE for coding, previewing, and deploying web apps instantly. Why it's great: Rapidly spin up projects without local setups โ great for experimentation. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
If you're looking for a language that aims to solve the "two-language problem" like Mojo, but want something more open, more mature and less influenced by VC funding, check out Julia: https://julialang.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago
The problem with MATLAB is that idiomatic MATLAB style (every operation returns a fresh matrix) can easily become very inefficient: it leads to countless heap memory allocations of new matrices, resulting in low data-access locality, i.e. Your data is needlessly copied around in slow DRAM all the time, rather than being kept in the fastest CPU cache. Julia's MATLAB-inspired syntax is at least as nice, but the... - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
In this post, We will learn how to simulate MRI physics In the Julia programming language, a free and open source programming language That excels especially in scientific computing. - Source: dev.to / 9 months ago
Mine is Julia, although I don't use diary. Nowadays I like SuperCollider. https://julialang.org. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
> I was active in the Python community in the 200x timeframe, and I daresay the common consensus is that language didn't matter and a sufficiently smart compiler/JIT/whatever would eventually make dynamic scripting languages as fast as C, so there was no reason to learn static languages rather than just waiting for this to happen. To be very pedantic, the problem is not that these are dynamic languages _per se_,... - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
