I use this along with https://github.com/winfsp/sshfs-win, which allows me to mount ssh filesystems as windows network shares, and it's awfully slow. - If you want a native encrypted cloud storage, one of the better priced ones is Mega. The free tier gives you up to 20GB to use. Here's a referral link if you want extra free storage a well. It's still E2EE, but not open-sourced. They do, however, have an audit on their encryption and source codes.
