Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Spatial and Keyqo.

What's the story behind your product?

Keyqo's answer:

I kept seeing organizers manage their exhibitors on shared spreadsheets and their floor plans on paper or PowerPoint. It works until two people edit the same file, the same booth gets sold twice, or nobody knows who has paid. I built Keyqo to put the plan, the booking and the exhibitor follow-up in one place, and to let exhibitors book their booth online themselves.

What makes your product unique?

Keyqo's answer:

Keyqo connects the interactive floor plan, online booth booking and exhibitor tracking in one tool. Exhibitors pick and book their own booth on a live plan, and a booked booth becomes unavailable in real time, so the same spot is never sold twice. Most tools handle one of these pieces; Keyqo links them, and it charges no commission on booth sales.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Keyqo's answer:

Keyqo is built specifically for people who run trade shows, fairs and conventions, not adapted from a generic event suite. It runs on a flat subscription with no commission on booth sales: you keep your revenue and collect from exhibitors directly. It stays simple to set up.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Keyqo's answer:

Organizers of trade shows, fairs and conventions, from a small association event to a regional show. Usually the person in charge of selling booths and managing exhibitors, who wants to replace shared spreadsheets and paper floor plans with a single tool.
