It helps teams generate business-specific Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy documents from structured inputs, then publish them as hosted pages customers can use. Instead of relying on generic static templates, TermsBuilder is built around consistency and operational fit.

What it does

  • Generates tailored legal documents for real operating models (ecommerce, SaaS, agencies, creators, and app businesses)
  • Hosts customer-facing policy pages
  • Supports privacy-request workflows for rights intake and response paths
  • Tracks legal-change items in an admin review queue
  • Supports review-first update rollout to matching customers
  • Maintains a public legal changelog for transparency

Why teams use it

  • Practical scope: focused on the legal pages most online businesses need
  • Structured output: deterministic generation from defined business inputs
  • Operational workflow: not just drafting, but publishing and maintaining over time
  • Founder-friendly pricing: built for lean teams that need quality and speed

Core stack

Built with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with Prisma + PostgreSQL, Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, and Vercel for deployment.

If your business needs legal documents that are clear, publishable, and easier to keep current, TermsBuilder is designed to handle that end to end.
