These are non-technical users who need to make bulk changes across hundreds or thousands of HubSpot records without writing code, running database queries, or purchasing expensive platform add-ons. WordPress site owners handling domain migrations and content updates are a secondary audience.

SearchReplace was built by Nathan Parikh / HappyWP after encountering the same problem repeatedly while working with HubSpot clients: a client would rebrand, change domains, or clean up a portal, and the team would spend hours manually updating records one by one because HubSpot has no native bulk find and replace for CMS content. The HubSpot community has been requesting this feature since 2017.
