Matchable is a two-sided sports booking marketplace + free booking software for trainers, venues, clubs, studios, academies, and event organisers. It lets sports businesses sell private sessions, classes, courses, and events, while handling the messy stuff automatically โ booking, payments, scheduling, and invoicing โ in one place.
The difference is the business model: No monthly fees. No setup costs. No contracts.
Matchable only charges 1.8% per booking when you get paid, and businesses keep control of their pricing and clients.

Matchable's answer:
Matchable is a European sports booking platform that connects trainers, venues, clubs, academies, and organisers with clients through a two-sided marketplace and free booking management software. Positioned as โthe Booking.com of sports,โ Matchable exists to lower the barrier to sports participation by making booking simple, accessible, and affordable.
Matchable exists to lower the barrier to sports. The sports booking industry is too expensive, too complicated, and too opaque. We build free booking software combined with a marketplace so sports businesses can grow without high monthly fees or losing control to platforms that take 20โ80%. If everyone can join sports more easily, thatโs a win. Period.

Django needs a marketing push. I opened the website and immediately it smells like a 2011 web framework. Like CakePHP. Like Zend. Like Kohana. The site makes the project feel extremely dated, which of course I have no idea how true that is, I've never used Django! Just my 2c from an outsider. I compare it to Phoenix and Rails. (again, talking PURELY marketing here dudes!) https://www.phoenixframework.org/... - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
