That number might be an error has I got it from roofr.com estimates however I know the back addition of my house has low plane roofing which I think can't be shingled? It currently has shingles on it now but I think it's not to code. Source: over 4 years ago
Happy to give pictures or PM you with more information. I am still learning this but I ran a roofr.com roof inspection report to get a better estimate of materials and actual size since none of the reports I got from roofing companies gave me anything. Source: over 4 years ago
