    You're probably better off using home assistant if possible. In the case that you can't, what you can do is create some type of script that will send a web hook to IFTTT as soon as you log on that will turn your smart plug on, and another one that will do the opposite when you log off. There are automation softwares for windows that make this easy to do, one of them is called robotask and it works pretty damn good... Source: almost 3 years ago
