BackReply is designed to turn Slack into a reliable reply interface for Intercom, so teams can answer customers directly from Slack threads while Intercom stays the system of record. It focuses on removing context switching, preventing duplicate or lost replies, and enforcing routing and ownership so each conversation has a clear response path.

The main audience is customer support and customer-facing teams using both Slack and Intercom, especially SaaS teams or cross-functional teams where engineers, founders, or product staff sometimes help with support conversations directly inside shared Slack channels.

What's the story behind your product?

BackReply's answer:

BackReply was built by a team with years of SaaS integration experience who had previously built products like Rasayel, Interhubz, and Octopods. The team states they created BackReply because they personally experienced the pain of managing support across Slack and Intercom and validated the solution through interviews and real support usage.
