SMBs and mid-market organisations (1โ250 employees) in the EU that need to document their data processing for GDPR compliance โ particularly IT managers, privacy officers, and consultants who are responsible for data protection but don't have a dedicated privacy team or enterprise budget. Also DPOs managing multiple clients or business units.

Readmodelยฎ combines data flow mapping, automated risk scoring, and ROPA generation in a single tool โ built specifically for GDPR. Unlike enterprise platforms that require months of implementation, Readmodelยฎ is operational within an hour. It maps which systems process what data, who has access, under what legal basis, and for how long โ then calculates risk scores automatically and flags documentation gaps. It includes AI-powered analysis reports, breach and DSAR registers, access review campaigns, device security assessments, and backup compliance checking. Everything is EU-hosted, and there's a free tier with no time limit.

Most GDPR tools are either enterprise platforms priced for large organisations (OneTrust, Vanta) or basic ROPA generators. Readmodelยฎ sits in between: it offers deep GDPR coverage โ data mapping, risk scoring, DPIA documentation, breach register, DSAR tracker, access reviews, LIA, training log, NIS2 support โ at a price point accessible to SMBs (free to EUR 499/month). The ROPA is generated automatically from your data map, not maintained separately. Risk scores are computed on-the-fly, not self-assessed. And it includes 200+ service templates so you're not starting from scratch.

I believe there are tools like saymine.com which help you send an email to the company, citing all the laws that obligate them to delete all your data. Source: about 3 years ago
I used a website that automatically sent emails to any company, that had my email address on their contact list, and it sent them a notice to delete any data they had on me (under GDPR), since then I haven't had spam calls. The site I used was called saymine.com, there's others like that but this one was trustworthy. Source: over 3 years ago
Use saymine.com. This service scans your email address to see which services have your data so you can verify you have everything deleted. Apart from this, keep it around for a while to make sure you get everything. Source: over 3 years ago
Your best bet would prob be something like saymine.com, it works by searching your inbox for account creation emails so might not get everything but is a good start. Source: over 3 years ago
Re you sure you don't mean https://saymine.com ? Source: almost 4 years ago
