I think there's a couple ways of approaching this, one of the ways I found most fun was to use a word generator. You really need to expand your vocabulary, otherwise you have no material to use. Read and watch content in that language. If you know enough words, you have to "push" them in your active freestyle vocabulary; meaning they come into your mind while freestyling, and you know rhymes for them.
