Rakuten Super Logistics GitHubWeโve been using Rakuten Super Logistics to handle order fulfillment for our ecommerce store, and overall itโs been a solid experience. Orders are processed quickly, and having multiple fulfillment centers helps get products to customers faster โ especially across different regions. The system integrates well with the platforms we sell on, so we donโt have to manually export orders or worry about mistakes.
That said, getting fully up and running took some effort thanks to a pricing structure that wasnโt super clear at first and a few inventory sync hiccups early on. Customer support has helped, but responses arenโt always as fast as weโd like when urgent issues pop up.
For most of our shipping and fulfillment needs, Rakuten Super Logistics gets the job done reliably. Itโs a good fit if you want a fulfillment partner that scales with your business, but be prepared for some learning on pricing and setup โ hence a 4-star rating.
