What's the story behind your product?

Zap2Doc's answer:

The founder got scammed by a repair shop and his lawyer asked for an organised record of the WhatsApp thread to build the case. Existing tools were either expensive subscriptions, mobile-only, or stripped out the audio messages entirely. Zap2Doc was built to be the tool he needed that day.
