  That's the first I've heard of it, and I like it! I can't tell you the number of trips to php.net to look at argument order for a function. Is it haystack/needle, or needle/haystack? You can configure a wide variety of providers, but it's open source and has a number of core contributors. The other opinionated option is Pi (the Pi agent harness).
