I'm going through the textbook "Beginning Perl" located at perl.org, and I'm having a confuse with one of the example questions. I'm supposed to determine the order of operations for 26 + 3 ^ 4 * 2. According to the precedence table in the textbook, + and * come before ^. So I think the answer should be ((26 + 3) ^ (4 * 2)), but the book says the answer is 26 + (3 ^ (4 * 2)). Yeah, but the freelanchers I got suggested by codeable.io had a fee of over 1000 dollar. I'm just a student and it's for a small recreative project I'm working on as an interest and a challenge. So I'm trying to do it with just the help of the internet. Source: over 4 years ago
That said, one resource I've found to be very helpful is codeable. They vet the developers for you. It's worked great for the type of business I run, where I need people for certain parts of projects, but I'm not a big enough company to actually hire full-time roles.
