I am using Paperform.co on one of my projects and it works really well and reliable. Source: about 1 year ago
First, it should be stated that the company in your example used Paperform to accomplish this task. Paperform is a great company and are a really supportive bunch. Go check them out here: http://paperform.co. Source: over 1 year ago
The main website is wordpress, but that feature you're looking for is embeded from https://paperform.co/ so if you'd like it exact, I'd suggest to look into them. Source: over 1 year ago
I'm actually looking for something with fully integration as https://paperform.co/ with Notion. Source: over 1 year ago
I searched for "Google forms" Typeform, and it turned up a page that mentioned Paperform, an app I've never heard of before, but which might be worth checking out. It can apparently also connect to Google Sheets. Source: over 1 year ago

For reviews, it depends entirely on what you mean by "review". I believe core has a simple comment module, although it may have been deprecated for D9? There are likely many review-style modules on drupal.org that might work, or if you just want to link out to third-party reviews then it could just be a repeating-value link field on the Product content type. They should also use standards tools like Github. The drupal.org platform was certainly impressive 10 years ago, today it's a pain to use it. They ducktape it with gitlab, but really it sucks to have to read documentation to simply do a pull request. Source: over 1 year ago
