Insight TimerI have replaced Jira with Ora from 5 months now and I am very happy with it. It has a great ui combined with a lot of usefull features. I love the automations.
Ora is simple to use yet with so many advanced features which are almost all for free! Beautiful design, intuitive!

Notion only works good on web, and is very clunky on Android. I cannot use Anytype as it is desktop-app-focused. Though it does have Android, sometimes I need to take notes for the online courses I do and I'd rather do that on the laptop. I wanted to try out Obsidian but that isn't going to work either as it is desktop-app-focused. I heard Coda doesn't work well on Android. I am left with Saga and Slab but both... I just wanted to chime in, another great tool for project management Is Ora. I came across it when I was looking for something to keep track of my own personal projects and it has more features out of the box than Trello. My routine involves using noise cancelling headphones and using an app on my phone called Insight timer. Depending on if I'm working in the office or working from home, I'll always find 5-10 minutes at the same time every day to sit and complete a guided session. I use Insight-Timer. It's a great app. The Yoga Nidra helps me focus my mind on the " right here, right now" by focusing my attention on my breath and physical sensations I feel in different parts of my body. Insight Timer is free and has literally thousands of meditations, music, sounds, etc. It's fun to poke around and find a style/person that's helpful. I found that I like guided meditations with background music so I can turn off the rest of my brain.
