OnBook was created by TeddyLabs in 2025 with the vision of building a modern, complete appointment scheduling platform for service professionals. The founders noticed that many existing solutions were either too complex and expensive, or too simple and limited. OnBook was built to fill that gap — offering a powerful yet easy-to-use platform that covers everything from scheduling and client management to payments and analytics. Starting as an MVP, it has grown to serve over 700 professionals with more than 50,000 appointments booked, while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and reliability with 99.9% uptime.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

OnBook is built with a modern tech stack:

  • Backend: Laravel 12 (PHP 8.2+) with Stancl Tenancy for multi-tenancy, Laravel Sanctum for API authentication, and Laravel Cashier for Stripe integration
