Developed by Frontend engineer who understand the pain of creating HTML email templates. Writing the old and tedious Table layout, making sure it works in different email clients. We understand the pain of users and trying to provide multiple client support and semantic markup out of the box.

After creating an HTML email template for couple of years, I realized the pain of working with table-based layouts, it can take anywhere from 3 to 4 hours, even when starting from a base template. Using AI to solve this was a breakthrough. This felt like a meaningful problem to tackle. We can iteratively address the challenges by instructing AI. Even though email clients themselves are not improving, AI gives us the power to continuously improve the generation process.

> GC languages are slower This is not necessarily true. It depends on a language, e.g. Go is slow, Nim[0] is extremely fast with conventional GC and slightly faster with ARC/ORC[1]. GC programs can be faster than manually managed ones in some cases. It's just manual memory management gives you more control of where and when free is called. And a good type system is a privelege that gives Nim more control with... - Source: Hacker News / 4 days ago

That's actually a great argument for Nim[0]. Easy interop with C, native-speed performance, and a syntax very close to Python in both readability and how quickly you can get something working. Batteries included, automatic memory management without a conventional GC and metaprogramming - is a really cool combination. [0] - https://nim-lang.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago
Coincidentally, just a few days ago, I tried to run Nim[0] on Windows XP as an experiment. And to my surprise, the latest 32-bit release of Nim simply works out the box. But Nim compiles to C, so I also needed C compiler and all modern versions of mingw failed to launch. After some time I managed to find very old Mingw (gcc 4.7.1) that have finally worked [0]. You can replace Python with Nim. It checks literally all your marks (expressive, fast, compiled, strong-typing). It's as concise as Python, and IMO, Nim syntax is even more flexible. https://nim-lang.org. - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
