It is very well built with simplicity in mind. There are several themes and all of them look amazing. I love the "typewriter" and "focus" mode. In contrast with other apps that focus the current window and remove all visibility options, Typora goes one step ahead and fades down all other paragraphs as well.
Based on our record, Typora seems to be a lot more popular than MultiMarkdown. While we know about 94 links to Typora, we've tracked only 7 mentions of MultiMarkdown. But, if the problem you're having has more to do with getting all of your spacing between paragraphs inside a Scene screwed up, check if you have MultiMarkdown enabled in your compile settings. If you do, and you want it, Chapter 21 in the manual gives a decent starting guide, as well as the MMD founder's website. Source: over 3 years ago
I don't really understand what you're looking for, but the comments lead me to think of one thing that might be a little relevant, if not directly useful for you.
